"• An Eclective Experience Voucher can be used for the experience shown on it, at the venue named on it, for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• After 12 months, any unused Experience Voucher automatically becomes a monetary gift voucher. Its value is the price paid for the experience when the voucher was bought. It can be spent on food, drink and services at any Eclective venue.
• Partial redemption: Not available on the experience. Applies only once the voucher converts to monetary value.
• A converted monetary voucher is valid until 5 years from the original purchase date.
• Once converted, the voucher can no longer be used for the original experience.
Experiences must be booked in advance directly with the venue. Please let us know when booking that you'll be using an Experience Voucher, and bring the voucher with you on the day, either printed or on your phone.
• All redemptions are subject to availability and at the venue's discretion.
• Bookings made with an Experience Voucher follow the venue's standard booking and cancellation policy, including any credit card hold.
• Supplements may apply at restricted times, for example public holidays, December trading, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and special events or premieres.
• Experience Vouchers are valid for the number of guests stated on the voucher. Any extra food, drink or services are charged at the venue's current prices and paid on the day."
